I have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. Dr Thenard, Portia, and Alice have worked on my many times and they always make my experience better just by doing their jobs so well. They are so careful, comforting, and efficient with their work which makes all the stress goes away. The receptionists Kenzie and Nyelli are very helpful and thorough. They leave none of my questions unanswered. The Alameda Pediatric team as a whole is absolutely exceptional! 5/5 Stars Would recommend to all!!!

This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. The team is super nice, humble, patient, friendly, and most importantly caring and understanding. My son is only 2 and of course there were tears but wow were they always making sure he was ok and carefully cared for. Thank you Alameda pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.

My son’s first visit was very warm and personalized and his continued visit to the dentist was great which is why our daughter is going there too. This first visit was more personalized and very warm . I love the welcome sign to new patients to the office and I love the profile picture and taking a copy home for their first dentist appointment. I also love the tips and advice we get based on our concerns. Will continue to go here . Front desk folks are very welcoming and warm .

This place is excellent for kids. The staff is well-trained with children. There is a play area in front. Each dentist station has a TV and can play movies for the child. they have stickers and rewards for well-behaved kids :-) At the end of your visit you get a goody pack just like at a birthday party except this one contains dental accessories

We love alameda pediatric dentistry! I first brought my oldest 3 years ago and the service was great. Now my youngest had her first visit and Celia gave her the best experience ever with her first cleaning! The smiles we got at the entrance and her name on the board made her feel excited about her visit. They are definitely kid oriented and show it in there service.

The absolute best care over here, which only gets better with the super amazing staff that make you feel like a rockstar. Ceiling TVs and Disney+ keep him calm and busy and even though they are stopping their partnership with Delta Dental, we’ll still be coming back!

Holy cow first dentist appointments for the goblins. These guys are on point. Quick, efficient, lots of distractions for kiddos. As a tired Mom of two toddlers this was a big sigh of relief. I walked in there overwhelmed in a pair of sweats and a messy bun and felt like I got the royal treatment. Clean, bright and cool stuff to get kiddos attention. Ten out of five. This knocked it out of the park for me.

We had to come in with my toddler after a fall. They were so accommodating and even reviewed a picture before we came in to make a recommendation on coming in or not. My 2.5 year old needed to get an X-ray and the staff was so sweet and patient to help him not be scared. Really happy with our choice to see the dentists at this practice.

I have 3 children and I love how the dentist at alameda pediatrics take care of them and make sure they are comfortable. We are always welcomed with the best nicest people and taken such good care of.

The team at Alameda Pediatric Dentristy are so kind and great with kids! My 18 month old has some fear around doctor visits and the team was kind and gentle while still being thorough with their examination making sure my daughter was as comfortable as she could be. I highly recommend them!

I definitely appreciate the extra care they have for their pediatric patients. From the very beginning they have been very accommodating and understanding. My son did not have the greatest first experience at another pediatric dental office so I was a little hesitant taking him anywhere in general. I'm glad I did because he loves it there and the staff are very warm, welcoming, and have a lot of patience.

You know a place is terrific when you feel sad knowing your kids will someday graduate from pediatrics and you won’t be visiting the practice anymore. Everyone here is so friendly and so competent. Also, we were with another pediatric ortho office in Alameda and they told me my son had very specific, special, and expensive treatment needs. They quoted me a full $3000+ more for his treatment. Kid got his braces off today and couldn’t be happier. I wish they saw adult patients.

This is a top notch pediatric dentist office. So kind and empathetic!! My 2 year old daughter didn’t want to leave today, imagine that! Also, several months back my daughter was pushed head down while running into the concrete sidewalk, cracking both front two teeth. I brought her in and the entire staff showed such compassion and care. They helped us move through an otherwise terrifying event.

The team was kind a thorough. They were great with the kids, and provided me with more information and education than I’d ever had before regarding care and development of my children’s teeth. Having a family exam room meant both of my kids could be seen at the same time and I could be with them. A play area in the waiting room and screens about e the exam chairs helped my kids relax and enjoy the visit. I’m so glad we are in their practice!

I've been here for the first time with my 2.5 year old daughter. The whole experience was a blast for both of us, no stress at all. We came for the check-up. There's a nice area for kids to play, TV streaming cartoons. We were admitted in time. The doctor was energetic, very positive and explained everything very clear to us. He was also very attentive and respectful with my kid. The doctor's office also has toys and cartoons. And we left with a bunch of gifts, sticker and a memorable photo!
